Responsibilities

• Book and deliver 4+ first sessions daily with new and existing members.
• Build value and demonstrate the benefits of personal training during sessions.
• Engage with members to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy in all interactions.
• Promote personal training services effectively to increase sales.

Requirements

• High energy and enthusiasm for fitness and personal training.
• Ability to engage and motivate members.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in sales techniques.
• Comfortable leading dynamic strength training workouts.
