Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch
• Meet branch financial objectives by forecasting requirements and managing budgets
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer service
• Manage, train, and mentor branch staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations
• Monitor and manage operational risk within the branch
• Develop and implement business development strategies to promote the branch services and products
• Manage and report branch financials through the profit and loss statement
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Branch Service Manager or similar role in a financial institution
• Knowledge of state specific pest control regulations and policies
• Proficient in MS Office platform
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a working knowledge of financial statements
