About the position

The Pest Control Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a branch within Brooks Pest Control, a rapidly growing company in California and Oregon. This role involves managing customer retention, hiring and training technicians, daily routing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position offers opportunities for growth and long-term employment in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer retention efforts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Hire and train technicians to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily routing and scheduling for the branch operations.
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide ongoing training for technicians.
• Occasionally assist with service routes as needed.
• Manage product inventory and track monthly usage reports.
• Forecast growth and develop strategies for branch expansion.
• Uphold company policies and procedures in all operations.
• Handle payroll and financial reporting for the branch.
• Run and efficiently operate a summer marketing program.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Punctual and professional demeanor.
• Successful completion of a drug test and employment screening.
• Smartphone required for operational tasks.
• 2 years of experience in Pest Control & Chemical Spraying occupations.

Nice-to-haves

• Branch 2 Field Rep license in the state of California.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
