This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing communications with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the pest control office. Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and web requests.
• Provide superb customer service to clients and help maintain office operations.
• Respond to customer questions and proactively resolve problems.
• Identify new business practices or suggest modifications to reduce customer cancellations.
• Maintain open communication with management to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of verified customer service experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a general office, customer service, or sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Above average telephone skills and etiquette.
• Understanding of pest control, rodent control, or termite control is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of PestRoutes and CallRail software.
• Familiarity with service agreements and price points for negotiation.
• Experience with routing/scheduling software.
