Responsibilities
- Sell pest control services to homeowners and prospective clients.
- Make proposals and presentations to obtain contracts.
- Cover sales leads in assigned territories to generate customers.
- Compute treatment costs from company pricing instructions.
- Execute contracts on behalf of the company.
- Interact courteously with customers and prospective customers/leads.
- Maintain sales prospect files, call-back files, and activity records.
- Responsible for proper care and maintenance of any company-provided equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
- Driver's License (preferred).
- Strong analysis skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Technical sales experience.
