About the position

OPC Pest Services is seeking dedicated Pest Control Technicians to join their expanding team in Eastern Jefferson, Oldham, and Shelby County, Kentucky. This role offers a competitive salary, uncapped sales commissions, and comprehensive training for individuals without prior pest control experience. Technicians will be responsible for delivering high-quality pest management services while building strong customer relationships and contributing to the company's mission of protecting health and property.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable.
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.
• Serve as a key member of the branch team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
