The Pest Control Technician position at OPC Pest Services involves providing pest management services to a variety of customers, including residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial clients. No prior pest control experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The position emphasizes customer service and relationship building while ensuring compliance with company and governmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
