About the position

As a Pest Control Technician at Orkin, LLC, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route. This role involves building customer relationships, providing pest control solutions, and operating a service vehicle while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by providing efficient pest solutions based on training and attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program.
• Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, allowing for flexibility with customer and weather-related factors.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Complete all required service-related documentation using a hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
