Pest Control Technician

Aptive Environmental LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join their team in San Diego, CA. This full-time position involves working both independently and as part of a team to address customer pest concerns while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities

• Running a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serving as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing efficient pest solutions
• Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards
• Advising customers of potential problems
• Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Carrying a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
• Working every other Saturday

Requirements

• No experience necessary; training will be provided
• Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
