As a Pest Control Technician at Orkin, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pest control services to customers in a designated service area. Complete award-winning training to learn necessary skills and knowledge for customer service.
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
Follow a route schedule and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer's location.
Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Serve as a problem solver for customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
Meet with customers to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction.
Inspect the interior and exterior of customer properties.
Communicate with customers about actions taken and additional services.
Complete all required service-related documentation using a handheld device.

No experience required; training provided.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
