About The Position

Requirements

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn necessary skills and knowledge for customer service.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer's location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customer properties.
• Communicate with customers about actions taken and additional services.
• Complete all required service-related documentation using a handheld device.
