About the position

The Pest Control Technician at RK Environmental is responsible for providing exceptional pest management services, particularly in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. This role involves conducting quality inspections, managing equipment inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety management systems. The technician will work closely with clients to deliver excellent service and problem-solving support, all while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with internal team and clients
• Perform quality pest inspections and effective treatments for clients in commercial food, pharmaceutical, and related environments
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies
• Support client's food safety management system to protect the food supply and environment
• Provide excellent client care and service, including problem-solving and listening skills
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work variable hours

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check
• Ability to work outdoors
• Flexibility and willingness to work variable hours
