Pest Technician - Well Train! (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus included)

About the position

The Pest Technician role at Abell Pest Control Inc. involves providing pest control services while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The position offers comprehensive training and opportunities for professional development, with a focus on problem-solving and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for identified infestation sources.
• Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions when using fumigants, pesticides, and power spraying equipment.
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in the company vehicle.
• Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner.
• Address customer needs and optimize their pest control program on-site.

Requirements

• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an Applicator's License.
• Sales experience is an asset.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in lawn care, route sales, field sales, or service technician roles.
