The Pet Care Associate at Pampered Pup Luxury Pet Resort is responsible for providing high-quality care and attention to pets in a safe and clean environment. This part-time role requires a passion for animals and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to pet owners. The associate will work during peak times, including weekends and holidays, ensuring that pets receive the best care possible while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and attention to pets in a safe and clean environment.
• Ensure pets are comfortable and happy during their stay.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facilities and pet areas.
• Assist in feeding, grooming, and exercising pets as needed.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and well-being.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in animal care is required.
• Dependable and hard-working with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under sometimes stressful situations.
• Good availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of pet behavior and care techniques.
