Responsibilities

• Sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at the partner location.
• Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch and demonstrate understanding of pet health insurance products.
• Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel at partner locations.
• Assess partner needs through ongoing focus and follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
• Communicate with peers to identify challenges and successes.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.
• Manage expense budget and submit reports monthly.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role.
• Proven self-starter with a passion for prospecting new sales opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to structure work during peak hours (Friday-Sunday).
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to understand customer needs.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with animal health or animal welfare.
• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
