About the position

The Petcare DC Landscape and Enterprise Tools Architect role is responsible for overseeing service domains related to Platforms, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The successful candidate will collaborate across various areas including Technology, Data, and Security, while supporting large business transformation programs as part of the Enterprise Architecture Team. This position requires a strong background in enterprise architecture, particularly in managing complex IT environments and ensuring adherence to architecture principles across various technology stacks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage platform architecture lifecycle, driving Reference Architectures and technical design.
  • Responsible for developing Technology Platform roadmaps and standards for the enterprise.
  • Provide Enterprise and Segment specific perspectives to support architecture roadmap and decisions.
  • Liaise with Architecture Team and Platform working team to understand business and technical needs.
  • Partner with Architects and Process Owners, engaging with technical, regional, and global teams.
  • Contribute to architecture documentation and development of artifacts in enterprise tools and systems.
  • Manage and influence the technical design, dependencies, future state, and roadmap.
  • Develop Technology roadmaps and standards for the enterprise, working with service and implementation teams.
  • Ensure compliance of the defined technology strategy with enterprise/segment standards and best practices.
  • Manage the execution of edge system architecture to improve cost efficiency and security compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (IT/DT Degree preferred).
  • At least 10 years' experience in IT, including 5 years in Platform Architecture.
  • Hands-on enterprise architecture experience leading solutions in large and complex IT environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4 Digital Core Landscape and Enterprise Tools (LeanIX, Signavio, ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of business processes enabled by SAP S/4 Lead to Cash (L2C), Plan to Fulfill (P2F), Source to Pay (S2P), Finance systems.
