Petroleum Dispatcher - Johnson Creek, WI

About the position

The Petroleum Dispatcher role at Wayne Transports, Inc. involves coordinating drivers, trucks, and equipment to optimize productivity and ensure efficient service delivery to customers. Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, and equipment to maximize productivity and ensure efficient service.
• Review and audit driver trip sheets for load accuracy and enter load information into the computer system.
• Communicate delays, issues, or concerns regarding customer load requests.
• Provide drivers with information on their next delivery, including products, loading locations, and delivery times.
• Assist drivers with specific instructions for reaching customer locations throughout the Midwest and Canada.
• Utilize TMW transportation logistics software to create new loads and update cancellations.
• Record driver pay for ancillary services in the TMW software.
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding load requests and availability.
• Take calls as needed on nights and weekends to ensure customer and driver satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers to efficiently dispatch the fleet of petroleum trucks.

Nice-to-haves
