Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and ensure compliance with nursing regulations.
- Evaluate patients and identify nursing diagnoses.
- Create personalized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Assess patient responses to care and adjust plans as necessary.
- Utilize nursing judgment to make precise health assessments.
- Check nursing procedures and implement changes based on research.
- Demonstrate caring practices to address emotional and physical discomfort.
Requirements
- Valid RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Completion of an established program in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience in the nursing field.
- Proven communication skills in both speech and writing.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
