As a Marketing Data Trustee at PGIM Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape for our Marketing and Business Development teams. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in the real estate investment industry and a keen interest in data and analytics. You will be responsible for partnering with internal teams to define, implement, and maintain a robust data model that supports business information needs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the integrity of the data model from source to destination, collaborating with external partners, internal data teams, and front-end business users. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing system data definitions, lineage, and calculations, as well as the ability to interact with fund and investor data to build data-driven narratives in partnership with various stakeholders. In this role, you will solicit input from key stakeholders to determine data objects, attributes, definitions, and validation rules that will be implemented at the system level. You will document lineage, calculations, and definitions in a structured data dictionary, establishing the relationship between the Marketing data model and the broader PGIM enterprise data model. Monitoring key metrics to measure data quality and track progress will be essential to ensure exceptional data quality results. You will also partner with business stakeholders to ensure proper data model development that meets end-user needs. Your responsibilities will extend to data socialization, where you will communicate strategically to present actionable data to the Marketing organization and inform them of progress. Utilizing SQL and other data analytics capabilities, you will curate and present data to business users and executives, addressing specific reporting requirements. You will work closely with key stakeholders to extract, synthesize, and provide data that fulfills the needs of the Marketing and Business Development organization, seeking to automate processes for data extraction to enable a self-service environment. Additionally, you will interact with executives to translate their requests, brainstorm solutions, and present findings effectively.
