About the position

The Pharmacy Department at Union Health is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team at the Terre Haute campus. Responsibilities

• Assists with charging/crediting patient accounts.
• Accurately maintains required documentation.
• Assists with monetary functions as appropriate.
• Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, assists in the prescription dispensing process.
• Monitors medication and supply inventory and receives orders from wholesalers.
• Maintains a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

• Certified Technician by the Indiana Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of general math concepts and ability to work accurately with figures.
• General knowledge of the metric system, Latin abbreviations, and medical terminology (on-the-job training).
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
