About the position

The Pharmaceutical Data Analyst, also known as The Data-Driven Health Strategist, plays a crucial role in analyzing clinical, research, and market data to support pharmaceutical companies in making informed decisions that enhance drug development and patient outcomes. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and compliance while providing actionable insights that drive the development of life-saving treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analyses of clinical trial data to assess the safety, efficacy, and performance of new drugs and treatments.
  • Provide data-driven insights that support decision-making throughout the drug development process, from discovery to post-market surveillance.
  • Work closely with clinical researchers, pharmacologists, and biostatisticians to ensure data analysis aligns with project goals.
  • Analyze market data to assess the competitive landscape, forecast demand for new drugs, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure all data analysis and reporting meet industry regulations, such as FDA guidelines, EMA standards, or ICH guidelines.
  • Build predictive models and data visualization dashboards that support pharmaceutical development, patient outcomes, and business performance.
  • Assist in real-world evidence (RWE) studies by analyzing health outcomes data from diverse sources.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in analyzing clinical trial data, drug efficacy studies, or real-world evidence.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, including the use of software tools like SAS, R, Python, or SQL for analyzing large datasets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical data, including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
