About the position

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to join their team, focusing on pediatric and generalist healthcare providers. This role involves strategic problem-solving and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive demand through clinical selling and education. The representative will be responsible for achieving market results, validating patient eligibility for therapy, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about disease states and product labeling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory/primary market results measured in referrals and new prescriptions.
• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to referring and treating Generalists.
• Cold call on key accounts and gain access and insights.
• Profile accounts and edit lead list to ensure correct targets are reached with appropriate frequency.
• Validate that healthcare providers have eligible patients for therapy.
• Edit account list data and assist with segmentation exercises as assigned.
• Provide account feedback to leadership regarding market intelligence.
• Track activities in the CRM system (reach and frequency).
• Deliver approved educational messaging to targeted healthcare providers.
• Assist clients in understanding how and when healthcare providers would refer a patient.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience focused on primary care call points preferred.
• Experience in pediatrics/generalists strongly preferred.
• Comparable B2B experience with a desire to transition into pharma.
• Cold calling experience in healthcare or previous work experience.
• Experience with office-based selling in a complex referral model.
• Experience working in a field team model with account managers.
