About The Position
The Testing Services Representative is responsible for providing customer education and technical assistance regarding testing services. This role involves continuous client contact during testing, documentation of interactions, and collaboration with the Inside Sales Leader to assess project feasibility. The representative will also create proposals for testing services, follow up on cost estimates, and represent the company at trade shows.
