About the position

The Pharmaceutical Project Manager (Sales Operations) at Keen360 is responsible for executing cross-functional strategic initiatives, particularly focusing on technical product launches within the commercial organization. This role involves critical planning efforts, development of project plans, governance models, and budget management, while ensuring alignment among various teams and stakeholders. The individual will also implement tracking tools and metrics to monitor project performance and address any dependencies, risks, or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated launch project plans and solicit input from core teams and sub-teams assigned to commercial launch.
• Drive adoption of the launch framework, including associated processes and content, across product launches.
• Maintain and update launch content, including guidance, tools, templates, and examples of deliverables.
• Educate stakeholders across all functions and teams on the launch framework, practices, and resources for commercialization efforts.
• Coordinate regular team meetings, setting agendas based on project priorities, and collecting information to share during meetings.
• Partner with work stream and country launch leads to direct and monitor execution of launch activities.
• Oversee project budgeting and project-related spending.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively coordinate teams to resolve them.
• Determine metrics, develop tracking tools, and monitor performance toward project completion.
• Identify risks and issues, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, and mobilize efforts to mitigate risks and resolve issues that could impact project execution.
• Provide guidance and support to help teams accelerate completion of deliverables and address challenges.

Requirements

• Proven track record in project management or technical product launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading and executing complex projects with multiple work-streams and sub-teams is highly desirable.
• Successful track record of delivering results despite constrained timelines and limited resources.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management methodology, including issue management, risk mitigation, work planning, and progress tracking.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders (including leadership), drive cross-functional collaboration, and motivate teams to execute complex tasks.
• Strong writing proficiency and presentation skills.
• Energetic and self-motivated to drive progress.
• Ability to navigate unstructured problems and use creative problem-solving to overcome challenges.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
