Responsibilities
- Order entry and verification

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws
- Provide medication therapy management, monitor patient drug therapies, and consult with medical and nursing staff
Requirements
- 1 year of clinical experience (Required)
- Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
