About the position

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with pharmacy professional practice standards.
• Oversee regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage personnel effectively.
• Handle inventory management and financial profitability of the pharmacy.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and manage workflow efficiently.
• Lead patient care programs to keep customers healthy and engaged.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
