The Pharmacy 340B Business Operations Manager is a pivotal role within Temple University Health System (TUHS), responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the daily operations and analytical functions of the TUHS 340B program. This position encompasses a variety of critical tasks, including conducting compliance audits, optimizing program savings, and providing essential 340B education to TUHS staff. The manager will analyze pharmacy data, develop detailed reports, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of 340B laws and regulations. Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial, as is providing guidance to the 340B analyst. Additionally, the manager will participate in the creation and maintenance of 340B policies and procedures, ensuring that the program operates efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree in a healthcare or business-related field preferred. A minimum of three years of experience working with the 340B program is required, along with at least two years in a role that involves program or project management and quality improvement. The candidate must also hold the 340B Certified Expert (340BCE) certification, which is essential for this role. Furthermore, the successful candidate must obtain the Apexus 340B Advanced Certificate within 24 months of their hire date, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise in the 340B program.

Responsibilities

Requirements
