The position involves providing exceptional customer service in a grocery store environment, focusing on health and wellness services. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient intervention by delivering health and wellness services relevant to the patient.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for customers and employees.
- Support the continued coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
- Compound medications according to state and federal regulations.
- Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
- Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications.
- Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law.
- Comply with sanitation and safety regulations according to health code regulations.
- Report all illegal activities, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
Requirements
- Minimum - High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Completion of national registration, certification or licensure

- Any previous comparable experience
- Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician
