As a member of the Dillons team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service that helps individuals lead healthier lives. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to help customers live healthier lives.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for customers and employees.
  • Deliver health and wellness services and experiences relevant to patients, in compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Support the company's health and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
  • Compound medications according to state regulations.
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information against computer records.
  • Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and resources.
  • Complete CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with state and federal law.
  • Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to management.
  • Report any illegal activities, including robbery, theft, or fraud.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure as required by state regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous comparable experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
  • Current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required by state regulations.
