The position involves providing exceptional customer service in a grocery store environment, focusing on health and wellness services. The role emphasizes treating customers and employees fairly and ethically, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and delivering the right products and services at fair prices. The position also includes direct patient intervention and adherence to state and federal laws regarding health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient intervention by delivering health and wellness services relevant to the patient.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for customers and employees.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
• Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Support the continued coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
• Compound medications according to state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications.
• Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with regulations.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and identify unsafe conditions.
• Report all illegal activities, including robbery, theft, or fraud.

Requirements

• Minimum - High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

• Any equivalent experience of a pharmacy technician
