Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient intervention by delivering health and wellness services relevant to the patient.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws in all health and wellness services provided.
• Demonstrate the company's core values in all interactions with customers and employees.
• Support the continued coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Compound medications according to state regulations and company policies.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and resources.
• Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with regulations and company policies.
• Identify unsafe conditions and notify store management to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure as required by state regulations.
• Any previous comparable experience in a health and wellness setting is desired.
• Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
