As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you will play a crucial role in delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will be expected to complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, while adhering to company policies and procedures. To succeed in this position, you will need to earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program and attend training sessions as requested.
