About the position

The Pharmacy Financial Consultant/Senior Consultant at Aon will support the Pharmacy practice by providing technical, financial, and consultative support to consulting staff on various client projects. This hybrid role allows for flexibility in working both virtually and from Aon offices, contributing to better decision-making processes that protect and enrich lives globally.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the Pharmacy Financial Team
• Provide technical, financial, and consultative support to consulting staff
• Assist with the execution of consulting projects such as Market Checks and Procurement/Renewal projects
• Prepare engagement/client materials for sales and marketing efforts
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and problem resolution
• Review benefit strategies and clinical programs
• Benchmark plan designs
• Support the Pharmacy team in developing knowledge on best practices and market trends
• Respond quickly to client and colleague requests with timely and accurate information
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Adhere to professional standards and ethics in all interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science
• 3-10 years of industry experience
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
• Project management experience
