About the position

The Pharmacy Financial Consultant/Senior Consultant at Aon plays a crucial role in supporting the Pharmacy practice by providing technical, financial, and consultative support to consulting staff on various client projects. This hybrid position allows for flexibility in working both virtually and from Aon offices, contributing to a diverse and inclusive team environment focused on better decision-making for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the Pharmacy Financial Team
  • Utilize exceptional quantitative and analytical skills to discover trends and eliminate potential problems
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects by establishing priorities based on timeliness, importance, and urgency
  • Assist with consulting projects including Market Checks, Procurement/Renewal projects, and Vendor management
  • Prepare engagement/client materials for sales and marketing efforts
  • Review benefit strategy and clinical programs, and conduct plan design benchmarking
  • Support the Pharmacy team in developing knowledge on best practices and market trends
  • Respond quickly to client and colleague requests, providing timely and accurate information
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
  • Adhere to professional standards and ethics, demonstrating integrity and honesty

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science
  • 3-10 years of industry experience
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • Project management experience
