About the position

As a Graduate Pharmacist Intern at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in the pharmacy team, contributing to the mission of improving healthcare access, lowering costs, and enhancing the quality of care. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment while delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure patient safety.
• Support the Pharmacy manager in motivating and developing Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Identify business opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth and performance.
• Adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare setting and adjust plans accordingly.
• Facilitate a team culture that promotes enthusiasm and pride in patient care.
• Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.

Requirements

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• 0-3 years prior relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP.
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.
