About The Position

The Pharmacy Intern position at CVS Health is designed for 3rd year pharmacy students who are actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy. This role involves working under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment, focusing on patient care and safety while delivering exceptional service to customers. Interns will engage in various responsibilities that contribute to the overall health and well-being of patients, while also gaining valuable professional experience in the pharmacy field.

Requirements

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframe.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift, scan, and bag items, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.
