Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and build strong relationships with both groups.
• Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and personal questions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws in pharmacy operations.
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and preventive services.
• Responsible for financial profitability and identify growth opportunities.
• Motivate, develop, and coach pharmacy staff to meet their potential.
• Create an engaging team environment that promotes core values and culture.
• Promote opportunities and recruit top talent for pharmacy roles.
• Review key performance indicators and identify trends for improvement.
• Conduct workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with the community and clinic partners to meet needs and promote pharmacy business.
• Drive marketing plans and materials to promote pharmacy offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current Pharmacist's license in the state of employment.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within 3 months of hire.
