About the position
The Pharmacy Manager at Albertsons Companies is responsible for overseeing the pharmacy's financial performance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves managing pharmacy operations, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion, and building meaningful relationships with patients. The Pharmacy Manager will also play a key role in disease state management and optimizing medication therapy.
Responsibilities
- Actively deliver patient care services
- Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance
- Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy team
- Partner with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified immunizer preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Ability to work a variety of schedules
