About the position

The Pharmacy Manager at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and serving as the Pharmacist-In-Charge. This role involves working in a clinical environment to improve and implement systems that enhance patient care. The Pharmacy Manager collaborates with colleagues to provide innovative clinical services and is an integral part of the Tetrad Management Team, ensuring that AHF's core values and mission are upheld in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Act as the Pharmacist-In-Charge as required.
• Develop and implement new systems and processes to improve pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with team members to provide innovative clinical services.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, including conferences and training sessions.
• Advocate for AHF's top initiatives and core values in all activities.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in pharmacy management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience in HIV/AIDS healthcare services.
