About the position

The Pharmacy Operations Analyst II at BCBST is responsible for implementing business strategies to improve processes within the organization. This role involves conducting detailed analyses of business processes, providing management recommendations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The analyst will also provide training and support to peers, track key performance indicators, and serve as a liaison with internal and external partners to understand business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement business strategies aimed at improving processes, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify issues and provide management recommendations for areas of improvement.
  • Provide training and support to peers on new processes, systems, and general onboarding.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Serve as the liaison with various internal and external business partners to understand business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in a health care driven industry required.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field such as operations, technical, project management, product or other related field required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, technical, and decision making skills.
