About the position

The Pharmacy Operations Coordinator II at Centene Corporation plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and compliant administration of the pharmacy program. This position supports various operational tasks and assists team members by answering questions and providing necessary support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant.
  • Support team members by answering their questions and providing assistance as needed.
  • Review benefit/formulary setup and testing for new and year-over-year changes.
  • Conduct data analysis to support operations.
  • Document requirements and create training materials for end users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a managed care environment.
  • Current state's Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
