About the position

The Pharmacy Program Management Sr Analyst at Cigna Group is a client-facing role that serves as a primary point of contact for external partners, including Reimbursement Hubs and Pharma Manufacturers. This position is responsible for managing relationships, addressing service issues, and ensuring the overall health and performance of pharmacy programs. The analyst will interact with various stakeholders, analyze data, and drive process improvements while maintaining a professional presence in all communications.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with internal and external partners at all levels throughout the workday.
  • Manage the relationship between aligned pharmaceutical clients, their HUBs, and their programs.
  • Act as a liaison to answer questions related to Accredo processes and mitigate escalations.
  • Develop strong relationships and instill trust with partners while anticipating potential needs or concerns.
  • Own responsibility for the overall health and performance of the program and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Research, gather, analyze, and communicate data efficiently, identifying trends and driving process improvements.
  • Understand key performance metrics for specialty drugs and assist in resolving delays.
  • Create presentations and host meetings with operations leaders, account teams, HUBs, and manufacturers to review metrics and program performance.
  • Perform work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of specialty pharmacy related experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of client management and program support experience.
  • 1+ year of experience managing escalated issues and handling difficult conversations professionally.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and impeccable organization skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with RxHome and CSP preferred.
