About the position

The Pharmacy Sales Representative is a full-time role focused on driving sales growth by managing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities. The representative will build strong client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. This position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet the needs of clients and ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve overall sales performance.
  • Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to remain competitive.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other productivity tools to maintain accurate records and manage sales data.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience not required but preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
