Responsibilities

• Compounding chemotherapy agents while adhering to proper policies and procedures.
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Filling medication orders accurately and maintaining records.
• Communicating effectively with team members, patients, and families.
• Performing related work as required.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT, ExCPT)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification - National (NHA, PTCB)
• Ability to read and communicate accurately and legibly
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing using the English language
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow both oral and written directions
• Ability to work tactfully and effectively with team members, patients, families, and the public
• Basic knowledge of computers
