About the position
The position involves providing exceptional member service at Sam's Club by assisting members with their needs, processing transactions, and managing pharmacy-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Acknowledge members and identify their needs.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
- Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Provide pharmacy products and services in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases.
- Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
- Enter prescription information and maintain required documentation.
- Organize and maintain the pharmacy area following company procedures.
- Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or retail environment.
