About the position

The position involves providing exceptional member service in a pharmacy setting, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician to manage pharmacy products and services, maintain inventory, and support members with their pharmaceutical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge members and identify their needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
  • Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Provide pharmacy products and services in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases.
  • Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
  • Enter prescription information and maintain required documentation.
  • Organize and maintain the pharmacy area following company procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments.
  • Comply with company policies and standards of ethics.

Requirements

  • Meets all state requirements to work as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
  • Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician License where applicable.
  • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB or NHA.
