About The Position
Join the Phoenix Children's Inpatient Pharmacy Team at our Thomas Campus in Phoenix! We're seeking dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to support our pediatric patients. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in our inpatient pharmacy environment, ensuring the safe preparation of medications for children. Enjoy a schedule of evening shifts (2pm-10:30pm), including every other weekend and coverage for 3 holidays per year. We offer opportunities for advancement, with positions ranging from Tech I, Tech II, and Tech Specialist, based on experience and additional training. This position, under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist, assists in the procurement, storage, preparation, distribution, and delivery of medications and information and other pharmaceutical products to Phoenix Children's patients in a timely and accurate fashion and in accordance with established Federal, State, local laws & regulations and procedures. This position reports directly to the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.
