About The Position
As a Pharmacy Technician at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for processing member purchases, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will involve operating cash registers, stocking and organizing pharmacy merchandise, handling claims and returns, and assisting in the prescription fulfillment process. You will also provide excellent member service by acknowledging needs, initiating prescription orders, and resolving issues. Additionally, you will enter prescription data into pharmacy software, fill prescriptions accurately, and assist members during prescription pick-up. Your work will require collaboration with managers and co-workers to meet priorities and deadlines while adhering to ethical standards.
