About the position

The Director of Divisional Asset Protection in Supply Chain is responsible for developing and implementing asset protection strategies and business objectives to ensure workplace safety, compliance, and security across the organization. This role involves analyzing operational processes, managing financial performance, and directing compliance with laws and regulations. The director will also lead initiatives to reduce shrinkage and improve safety, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies and business objectives.
  • Analyze operational processes and measure outcomes to ensure desired results.
  • Direct the execution of asset protection practices and systems by auditing and creating action plans for non-compliance.
  • Manage overall asset protection financial performance by analyzing key financial indicators and making strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to safety and asset protection.
  • Achieve safety and shrink reduction goals by implementing asset protection initiatives and training programs.
  • Develop and analyze inventory management programs to identify shrink risks and improve processes.
  • Build relationships with government and non-governmental agencies to prepare for crises and ensure resource availability.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives to maximize business goals and support diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Foster a culture of integrity and ethics within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, production/operations management, or related area and 4 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area.
  • 6 years' experience in asset protection, environmental health and safety, auditing, program management, or related area if no degree is held.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.
