About the position
The Pharmacy/Tech Trainee position at Smith's Food and Drug involves working in a highly automated distribution center pharmacy that supports Kroger store pharmacies. Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for pharmacist review using manual and automated processes.
- Package and ship orders to stores.
- Assist with inventory control and product replenishments.
- Unpack and sort incoming deliveries of products.
- Sort orders and prepare totes for store delivery.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and security.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass mandatory FBI/BCI background checks.
