About the position

Join our team as an evening shift, full-time Pharmacy Tech at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the technical, non-clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist. You will play a crucial role in pharmacy operations, ensuring that medications are prepared accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the technical, non-clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Participate as a reliable and punctual member of the pharmacy team.
  • Maintain competency in the compounding of sterile IV medications.
  • Assist in pharmacy operations as required.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Active Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy (must be attained within 90 days of employment).

Nice-to-haves

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
  • 2+ years previous hospital pharmacy technician experience (inclusive of training programs).
